Martin Daniel Interiors began as a dream shared by husband-and-wife team Angelo and 
Ginette Simone, who opened the doors of Martin Daniel Interiors on May 10, 1986.  
Driven by their passion for Italian-made furniture and accessories, they built a reputation 
founded on exceptional craftsmanship, design integrity, and personal service.

From the very beginning, Angelo and Ginette travelled throughout remote regions of Italy, 
seeking out small artisans and boutique manufacturers who produced pieces of extraordinary 
beauty and quality. Their goal was simple yet visionary — to bring the art of Italian living to 
Toronto, one handcrafted design at a time.

Over the decades, Martin Daniel Interiors became recognized as a leader in the
Canadian furniture and design landscape, introducing Toronto to exclusive
collections from Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Travel has always inspired the
brand’s curations — each visit abroad shaping new collections defined by
innovation, colour, and the rich textures of European artistry.

Today, under the direction of Angelo and Ginette’s daughter, Valerie, the
legacy continues with renewed vision and modern sophistication.
